Introducing two Texas A&M-developed Russet varietals ideal for heat tolerance (Texas Strains 278 and 296). Norkotah potatoes are determinate and typically mature within 80-90 days, producing 8-10 tubers per hill. Norkotah boasts a beautiful brown netting and nice white flesh that is not susceptible to hollow heart. These Russets make for some amazing baked potatoes!
